How do you ensure the wine stays at the right temperature during shipping?
We use climate-controlled packaging and thermal inserts for all shipments. During extreme weather conditions, we may offer 'Weather Hold' services to delay shipping until temperatures are safe for transit.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult signature (21+ in the US, or legal drinking age locally) is required for all alcohol deliveries. The carrier will not leave the package unattended.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you believe a bottle is corked or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer a full refund or replacement for verified quality issues, provided the bottle is at least 75% full.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the US, as well as select countries in Europe and Asia. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for specific regional restrictions.
Can I track the provenance of the wines I purchase?
Absolutely. Every bottle in our collection is sourced directly from the estate or authorized distributors, ensuring 100% authenticity and optimal storage history.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or case purchases?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all orders of 12 bottles or more. This discount is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying items.
