At World Wine, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your selection arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Due to the nature of alcohol sales, returns are generally limited to corked, spoiled, or transit-damaged goods in accordance with local regulations.

Return Process

    Email our sommelier support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photographs of the damaged bottle, the shipping label, and the cork if you are reporting a quality defect like oxidation.

    Secure Packaging

    Once your return is authorized, carefully repack the bottle in its original specialized wine shipping container to prevent further breakage during transit.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    After our cellar team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
