Tasting Notes

Aroma
Aromas of blueberries and red fruits, spice and undertones of cassis.

Palate
The palate is silky with lovely red fruits and smooth subtle tannins. Purity is the theme.

Vinification
Each variety was picked and fermented seperately. 100% de-stemmed with and fermented on skins for 14 days. Pressed to old Puncheons and Amphoras. Matured for 12 months and bottled.
