Hailing from the high altitude vineyards of Mendoza, Argentina. Warm days coupled with cool nights allow generous ripeness while assisting in retaining crisp natural acidity.

Ripe blackberry & black cherry with hints of fresh tobacco.

Upfront, it is all juicy and dark fruited – ripe plum, tangy blueberry with a touch of ribena sweetness – but to follow, a hint of smoky cured meatiness and fine chalky tannin serve to make the finish savoury yet muy refrescante.

MEAT. Well suited to a variety of meats – ranging from cured to roasted game. For all those herbivores out there try pairing with foraged mushroom dishes.
