A dry French red wine made entirely from Syrah grapes , sourced from three complementary terroirs in the Languedoc: the old vines around Nîmes, which impart richness and roundness; the poor, stony soils of the Aude Valley, which accentuate freshness and fruity aromas; and the fertile soils of the Béziers plain, which provide structure and balance . This is a Syrah with the character of the south of France —juicy, crisp, peppery, and well-structured.
