Simone's plot is in the upper third of the Ingelheimer Horn location. The vines here grow on limestone and a fertile silt layer, which binds water and nutrients particularly well. Spontaneous mash fermentation with 100% black grapes. Subsequently aged for 18 months in small wooden barrels with approx. 30% new wood.

The Simone Adams HORN Pinot Noir tempts the nose with ripe cherries, wild berries and a pinch of thyme. On the palate, the wine reveals a rarely achieved depth that, despite all its substance, retains the joy of freshness and liveliness.
