An insanely interesting whisky. The palate is outstanding. Complex and tasty.

Nose
Sweet apple cider. Cashews. Intense oak wood soaked in wine. Sweet cereal notes are in the background. I also hear a hint of chocolate.
Taste
Dusty wood, old books. Immediately comes the intense sweetness of lightly fermented apples. It gets sweeter and sweeter in a matter of moments.
Finish
Long and sweet, the spice also remains behind the sweetness. The aftertaste is rather dry. Drought lingers a little longer.
