Hailing from the Alsace region in France, Albert Mann gave his name to the vineyard of 19 hectares which is now run by his grandson-in-law Maurice Barthelmé and his brother Jacky. This certified organic wine produces a straw yellow colour with a bouquet of florals and minerals – typical to the light Grand Cru soils from which the vines are grown. Promising to feel elegant, this taut wine boasts a rich intensity making a delicious pairing for tajine dishes or Thai food.
