Nose
The 2020 Outrevin from Albert Mann shows the grape variety in an unexpected intensity, yellow fruits like mandarin, vineyard peach, ripe mango combine with ginger, orange jam, rosemary, thyme, wild mint, coriander, honey, liquorice and vanilla foam. One can be curious about the first sip.

Palate
With a lot of expression, invigorating spice and dense, juicy fruit, it glides over the tongue. Here, too, the yellow fruit is very present and, in combination with the creamy structure and the spicy seasoning, encourages the combination with fine dishes.
