A real wine rarity, production of only one 400 liter oak barrel. Wine from one orchard in the village of Fonzaleche, right in the westernmost part of Rioja. The Carra Santo Domingo vineyard was planted more than 100 years ago and also grows shock red Garnacha and white Viura and Calagraño grapes. The wine blend eventually has 75% red varieties and 25% white varieties. The soil of the shelter is very poor sandstone. The fermentation has been carried out in a 500-liter open oak barrel and 25% of the bunches of the bunches have been allowed to be in the fermentation vessel.
