Deep ruby crimson, bright with violet undertones. A primitivo that bursts onto the nose with flavours of sour cherry, purple violets, and tiny berries that mingle nicely with Amastuola's unique saline and mineral aromas. On the tongue, it's rich, delicate, and finely grained, with notes of fruit and minerality. Finally, it is lengthy, with a fruitiness that returns....in a word, harmonic.
