He allows Mediterranean native varieties to grow in harmony with the terroir and in the total respect of the environment and the surrounding ecosystem.

Impenetrable deep ruby crimson. A delicious explosion of little red ripe fruits with tertiary spicy and balsamic flavours like bay and tobacco leaves, as well as salty scents of capers. The opening talks of a full-bodied wine, concentrated with small, mature, and silky tannins, elevated by minerality and a very well-present acidity. The finish is long-lasting, fruity, and briny.
