Amastuola Salento Bialento - Fiano 2020
Amastuola Estate is one of its kind due to its landscape made of vine rows positioned as parallels and waves throughout the vineyards. On the plateau of Amastuola, ancients Greeks started growing grapes over 3000 years ago. Now in the capable hands of Giuseppe Montanaro, he mixes historical traditions with innovation. He allows Mediterranean native varieties to grow in harmony with the terroir and in the total respect of the environment and the surrounding ecosystem.
The colour is a pale straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate and appealing aromatic characteristics with mild floral Acacia and Rose Wood notes, undertones of pear and lemon, and scents of wild herbs. Smooth and refreshing, with vibrant acidity and a citrusy, floral finish.
