The climat "Les Quarts" is located in the heart of the village of Viré. The vines are more than 80 years old, which allows controlled yields and therefore wines of a beautiful density. The slow and natural vinification takes place in oak barrels using indigenous yeasts and bacteria for a total aging of 24 months.
