This “Vieilles Vignes 1930” has a pale, shiny yellow colour. It offers flavors of exotic fruits and scents of white flowers. The mouth is round and mineral, complex and the aromas are persistent.
Terroir: the vines are 60 years old and some are over 90 years old. The soil is composed of limestone scree, and the vines are housed with a very steep slope in southern exposure.
Vinification: manual harvest. The sulfur content is drastically limited to promote natural fermentation and to fully respect the terroir. The wine is protected by its natural carbon dioxide. Aging on fine lees before bottling.
