This new 100% Vermentino cuvée is presented without aging in barrels and with fermentation in vats to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit.

On the nose, white flowers mingle with fennel and white-fleshed fruits. The palate is charming, between roundness and vivacity, the fat coating the palate is well balanced by a nice acidity making this wine very appetizing. The fruity and slightly aniseed notes of the nose are very present at the tasting for a gourmet pleasure.
