Balbi Soprani is a winery founded in the late 1980s by Francesco Capetta, who purchased some of the best plots of land in the Santo Stefano Belbo and Cossano Belbo area , areas that have always been suited to excellent viticulture.

From these vineyards was born the idea of ​​a range of wines conceived and designed with the aim of promoting and enhancing Piedmont's most established wines and sparkling wines abroad.

Balbi Soprani Gavi is a white wine obtained from 100% Cortese grapes , grown in a small hilly area of ​​the province of Alessandria near the city of Gavi.

On the nose, it is delicate, with hints of yellow fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious.

It pairs perfectly with all dishes with strong flavours such as cured meats, tasty first courses, boiled meats, roast meats and cheeses.

Excellent as an aperitif wine, it is perfect to accompany appetizers, fish and white meats.
