Fruit was sourced from the Yarra Valley and Macedon regions to produce this Pinot. Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Sappy cherry scents intermix with game, earth and herb notes. Light in body with a supple mouthfeel the palate serves up cherry and rhubarb flavours which meld into stemmy cedar, earth and spicy dried herb characters. Slightly dryish finish with polished tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
