Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted aniseed, black cherry and dark plum aromas intermix with toasty vanillin oak, earthy dark chocolate and pepper notes. Rich fleshy textured liquorice, black cherry and dark plum fruits overlay a toasty vanillin oak and peppered earth back drop. Firm, slightly chewy tannins with a lingering finish of liquorice, toasty vanillin oak, black olive and pepper.
