Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Elevated aromas of white peaches and ripe nectarines combine with dried honey over nougat, biscuity oak and light spice. Fleshy white peach and ripe nectarine flavours show excellent richness over a backdrop of lightly toasted biscuity oak, dried honey, citrusy nougat and spice. There’s a feeling of creaminess to the mid palate finishing fresh, vibrant and long.
