Pale wine, bright and limpid yellow; highly intensity in which the notes of muscatel, combined with fruity notes of other varieties predominate giving it greater complexity. The palate is unctuous, velvety and leaves a fruity feeling that invites repeat. Recommended for all kinds of fish, shellfish, light starters, white meat, pasta and rice. Best served at 4-6° C.
