The first were carbonic macerations, the current ones are red wines with very well thought-out aging that the most expert tasters have been able to appreciate. Luis Cañas Crianza 2019 is a wine marked by the personality of the terroir of Villabuena de Álava and surrounding areas (Rioja Alavesa).
