Umo" is a highly expressive red wine that ages in steel in order to maintain intact all the characteristics of the Nebbiolo grape , locally called Chiavennasca. Aromas of cherry, plum, aromatic herbs and spicy hints spread from a fresh, precise and slightly tannic structure. Perfect to drink with a plate of traditional Valtellina pizzoccheri.
