Bottling and secondary fermentation in the bottle, with a minimum of 12 months ageing on lees to develop aromatic complexity and fine bubbles. Disgorgement on demand, with the addition of expedition liqueur to achieve the desired balance of taste.

Désirée Anne is recommended for original aperitifs where skewers of red fruits, cherry tomatoes, or melon cubes can replace traditional savoury snacks.
It also pairs perfectly with desserts based on red fruits (soufflés, ice creams), crêpes with red fruit jams, and a wide range of red-fruit pastries (crumbles, tarts, etc.).
