The Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio Rosso DOC is a blend of Piedirosso and Aglianico created by the Bosco dè Medici farm , which originates in the municipality of Terzigno, places that have a view of Vesuvius. A wine that encompasses the typical Campania territories, which is vinified entirely in steel, with a brief refinement that takes place in tonneau for the last 3 months. It is expressed with typical hints of the two vines and recalls geranium, iris, small red fruit, accompanied by mineral hints. On the sip it is warm, savory, intense and goes well with local products such as mature pecorino cheese and Vallo sausage. And for a small risk, we recommend pairing it with grilled fish.
