They are making tiny amounts of a wide range of Burgundy terroir that allows for a comprehensive examination of ancient vines and unique site expression in each cuvée thanks to their dispersion of vineyard holdings over the Cote d'Or.

On the slope of the village of Flagey-Echezeaux, this Cote de Nuits Grand Cru vineyard blooms, producing wines of rich earth and moss flavours with intensity and sappiness. Although this wine has a soft and silky texture, it is made to age for a significant amount of time in the bottle.
