This wine is produced using fruit from several blocks of our own Langhorne Creek vineyards. The moderate growing provided the ultimate ripening conditions for developing and capturing the true varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc. This fresh zesty example of Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of fresh grass and citrus with a crisp refreshing palate that is complemented by lovely mouth-watering acidity.

After crushing the free run juice was cold settled before being racked and fermented under cool conditions. Separate parcels were then carefully blended to create a balanced and refreshing ‘drink now’ style of Sauvignon Blanc.
