Coulthard Cabernet Sauvignon features a deep purple-red colour with light magenta highlights. The perfumed nose gives off scents of ripe cassis with light savoury notes which combine with ripe dark fruit flavours on the lush and balanced palate to end in a silky and textural climax. This delightful Cabernet has been crafted to relish upon release but can also be cellared for 4 or more years to give it time to develop gracefully. It tastes great with Mediterranean dishes red meats and a variety of cheeses.
