The Langenmorgen 2021 Riesling dry GC is an extremely delicate and multifaceted Riesling from the traditional Palatinate house - even if the powerful 2019 vintage puts this style into perspective. On the nose you can detect fine notes of quince, green apple and delicate smoke. On the palate it underlines this elegant expression with a silky, finely woven acid structure and its elegant minerality. Very important: give the Langenmorgen some time, then complex impressions of apricots, peaches and delicate notes of honey blossoms unfold.

This Riesling goes well with light summer salads. However, it is best enjoyed as a solo wine, where it will impress you with its great variety.
