TASTING NOTES
At sight it is straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections. The nose is fruity, also characterized by pleasant vegetal and stony aromas. When tasted it is full-bodied, lively, characterized by an excellent balance between acidity and minerality.

Throughout the meal, it pairs beautifully with rich fish dishes, particularly grilled or baked.
