The Caledonia Australis Pinot Noir is an excellent Pinot Noir from Gippsland, offering a complex bouquet of warm strawberries, sour red cherry and forest floor. Orange rind, mushrooms and cloves are also evident. The mouthfeel is rich and broad, enhanced by a supple tannin structure. Flavours of ripe red cherry and woody spice are evident on the after palate, balanced by a bright acidity.
