All grapes from the Cambria Estate Vineyards are certified under the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance and Sustainability in Practice. This beautiful white wine displays Asian pear, floral, spice, citrus blossom, and apple pie characteristics. Barrel fermentation encourages a rich mid-palate, followed by a refreshingly crisp finish.
