Bellavista Grande Cuvée Alma Brut is an excellence of our understanding of Franciacorta. It is the maximum expression of a project that, since 1977, has set itself the goal of seeking the pure essence of harmony. Today, it is a symbol of a tradition that aims to represent, in quality and type, the most mysterious soul of the land of Franciacorta and the oenological style of Bellavista.
This cuvée represents the essence of Franciacorta and the idea of harmony of the Franciacorta Method by Bellavista. It is made with mainly chardonnay grapes, then pinot noir and a small amount of pinot bianco. In the cellar it is assembled by skilled hands, starting from numerous harvest selections and some "reserve" wines from previous vintages, treasure indispensable to perpetuate the style of the house over time. Another decisive factor is the fermentation and élevage of part of the base wines in small barrels of white oak, capable of bringing intensity and complexity. The color of the wine it is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage is fine and continuous. Wide and enveloping, the aromas range from ripe fruit to fresh flowers, up to hints of vanilla and pastry. In the mouth it is savory and complete, fresh and vibrant, definitely consistent on the aromatic level. Long and harmonious finish.
