Born from the sandy hills of Canale, Cascina Chicco’s “Anterisio” Roero Arneis captures the soul of the territory. The east-facing vineyard lies on sandy-calcareous soils, ideal for producing structured and aromatic whites. Gentle pressing, stainless steel fermentation at controlled temperatures, and aging on the lees enhance its complexity and freshness.

In the glass, it shows a straw yellow hue with greenish reflections. The bouquet offers aromas of apricot and fresh apple, followed by hints of chamomile and light spice. On the palate, it is harmonious and savory, supported by vibrant acidity and a lingering, balanced finish.
