Cascina Chicco’s Langhe Nebbiolo is crafted from carefully selected vineyards in the Roero, where sandy-calcareous soils and a temperate climate enhance the grape’s delicate nature and distinctive character.

Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures and macerated on the skins, the wine then matures in oak barrels to gain structure and complexity. In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby red color and a layered bouquet of violet, morello cherry, and evolving spicy notes.

On the palate, it is full yet refined, with lively tannins and a persistent, graceful finish that honors the noble spirit of Nebbiolo.
