This wine, part of the Ligurian tradition, displays a straw yellow with greenish reflections, ample aromas and hints of broom, moss and undergrowth. Complete, soft, persistent, endowed with a strong personality. Great with fish starters, Genoese minestrone, pasta with pesto, stuffed vegetables, and Ligurian style sea bass. We recommend serving at 10/12°C.
