Castle Rock Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw hued wine displaying deep green tints. A swirl of the glass reveals lifted scents of gooseberries and tropical fruits, accompanied by struck match, herbaceous and meaty undertones. These aromas are reflected on the generous palate, where they are joined by subtle notes of feijoa and lychee. Crisp acidity perfectly balances these wonderful flavours and fragrances, offering a wonderful texture. The finish is clean, strong and lingering. It can either be enjoyed as an aperitif or served alongside chicken, fish and pasta dishes.
