A fantastic balance of ripeness, varietal character and finesse, with a gentle rose water and lychee nose, lemon aromas and a steely flinty character. The palate is fresh and restrained for an Alsatian Gewurztraminer, with notes of rose petal and faint hints of lemon. Super floral, yet perfectly balanced with honeyed, lemony acidity.
