Pristine fruit was selected from several different blocks on Cavedon's north-facing site, resulting in a wide spectrum of flavour profiles.

Elderflower, lemon sorbet and crunchy apple aromas open up to a beautiful core of florals and green orchard fruits, underpinned by zesty, moreish acidity and a touch of minerality.
