The Zeitpunkt Redux Riesling hails from the Starick family's organic vineyard in Springton, the heart of Eden Valley Riesling. The pristine fruit created a pristine wine - filled with natural acidity while still maintaining balance and aromatics. Think of fresh rain falling in the spring - slatey, stoney with white florals and a pinch of limey acidity. Definitely one for the Riesling fans.
