Chain of Fire Sparkling Brut Cuvée is light and fresh with zesty fruit flavours and lively bubbles. It’s a little lower in alcohol than normal so the perfect party fizz. Harvested at night when the fruit is at its coolest pressed then fermented with selected yeast with the resultant carbon dioxide retained to give its refreshing spritz.
