Tasting Notes: An off-dry style with a vibrant aroma. Fresh lemon peel and lifted white florals, hints orange blossom and tangerine peel. Detailed fine boned palate with juicy driving acidity.

Food: Pippies in chilli XO sauce

Cellaring: Drinking beautifully +10-15years

Soil: Ordovician material approximately 460million years old. It contains basic volcanic material; sandstone, siltstone breccia and conglomerate derived from basalt and andesite.

Season: A cool wet season start to the growing season. Mild temperatures throughout January and Febuary with grapes slowly ripening into March. Care was taken in the vineyard to keep canopies open but with sufficient shading to preserve fruit from any sun damage.
