The Mt. Carmel Liqueur is a deep purple coloured wine named after the local convent that overlooks the company’s vineyards in Rutherglen. This blend was crafted using Shiraz grapes from old vines and Touriga grapes from low-yielding grapevines. The result is an exquisite wine blend featuring blackberry and cassis scents on the nose, while the mellow and flavour-filled palate displays balanced acidity and a powerful structure. It tastes marvellous served with nuts, dark chocolate and fresh cheeses.
