This VP is made from a blend of Shiraz and Touriga grapes and is deep, dark red in colour with slight brick-tints in the rim. Fresh, rich layers of fruit are complemented by subtle oak and spirit. You can find aromas and flavours of plum, blackberry compote, chocolate, liquorice, nutmeg, soft cedar, Earl Grey tea and dried herbs. Elegantly structured with rich, savoury fruit flavours and an accent of sweet-fruit notes on the palate. Supple and fine mouth-coating tannins support the long fruit flavours. Slight warmth of spirit appearing late in the finish.
