A family-run winery that has been producing biodynamic grapes since 2008. Yeast from the area is used for fermentation. Only Pinot Noir grapes were harvested from Verzy, Montagne de Reims. After disgorgement, the wine was matured for 6 months in the cellar. On the nose, there are delicate notes of strawberries and pineapple and furthermore tropical fruits, followed by hints of spices and a yeasty, bready quality.
