The palate is deep but compact, with generous fruit on a strong-boned frame. Clean and vibrant with cherries and red berries. There's some tannin about the entry but pillowy fruit on the mid palate. Spritely acidity balances well with the tannin backbone. It’s smooth yet tactile enough to give defined structure. Length and persistence, silky to the end. This wine is generous and drinkable but will grow in complexity with time.
