Chartogne-Taillet Heurtebise 2018 is a blanc de blancs vintage Champagne. Les Heurtes Bises is a lieu-dit in the village of Merfy, where poor sandstone soils produce particularly low-yielding Chardonnay grapes. The élevage for this 2018 wine was 18 months in 228-litre barrels and the wine was disgorged in July 2021 with a dosage of 4g/l. Profoundly mineral yet textured with extraordinary ageing potential.
