Tasted as a future wine, the Château Chasse-Spleen 2019 offers a subtle vanilla nose with deep aromas of cherries, blackberries and blackcurrant, also revealing withered rose petals. The attack of this 2019 vintage is fresh and full-bodied. The palate is voluminous and supple, with velvety tannins and some new wood at this early stage. This great Bordeaux wine is very long and persistent. The 2019 Château Chasse-Spleen will reach its peak in 2025 but can easily age until 2045.
