Like the origins of the Baly family, owner of Château Coutet in Barsac, originally from Alsace and domiciled in Florida, this second wine has an expressive aromatic richness as possible: orange peel, honey , honeysuckle, ripe exotic fruits, roasted notes, sweet spices and a hint of minerality. An explosion of flavors not devoid of elegance and a certain subtlety which is often lacking in Bordeaux sweet wines; liquid poetry in the form of alexandrines, flexible and well constructed.
