Grown in the Macau en Medoc, the vineyard is 3.5 hectares on white clay soils located on the border of Margaux. Varietals planted are 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc. Sustainable viticulture is practiced in the vineyard.

A nose of rose petal, mineral and black fruits are at the core of this wine. Mineral notes translate to the palate as well, with dense ripe blueberry, blackberry and black cherry fruit. Slightly firm tannins and mediumacidity lend good balance.
